Friendly staff who were fluent in Russian and English and always ready to help. Our family suite was spacious and well-prepared for our kids, with thoughtful touches like pictures for drawing and a night pot. Decent breakfast. Okay WiFi. Elevator available. Convenient location for onward travel to Daugavpils.

The room was cozy and the breakfast served was wonderful; amenities included central heating, a work desk, and a TV; they accommodated early check-in and parking was available on the premises, overall, it was a great experience.

Everything was perfect. Just stayed one night, to break a trip from St. Petersburg to Vilnius. Had a very good dinner at the restaurant and the breakfast was excellent.

Good standard and modern hotel located in a leisure area right by a grocery store, Rezekne bus station and in the centre of the town- next to bus stop. Bright and warm units with big windows, the bathroom, as example. Amicable and accommodating people working here. Excellent location to parking. Exceptional and brilliant meals.

Exceptional
We had a small confusion upon arrival due to a city-wide power outage, but luckily the hotel had generators and we were quickly provided with electricity. The staff at Kolonna Hotel was incredibly helpful and sorted out everything we needed. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions and just a stone's throw away from the river. This makes it incredibly convenient for exploring the area and taking in the beautiful views.
My stay at this hotel was pleasant and I have no major complaints.

Good place to stay. Close to Russia/Latvia national boundary. Very good restaurant on board =)
There was quite cold at the begin of autumn, since central heating has not been yet switched on.

Breakfast was good with enough variety to satisfy everyone. Location is quite convenient, close to the city center and easy to find. We also appreciated the complimentary toiletries that were provided in our room, as well as the free Wi-Fi.
The noise level was unbearable. We heard every little sound from the hallway and adjacent rooms, making it difficult to sleep.
